Meet our Yoga instructor, Jackie!
Jackie began her yoga practice in 2001 while attending Texas Tech University as a collegiate golfer to help strengthen my body and increase flexibility. Later on, she worked as a personal trainer specializing in corrective/functional exercise realizing just how much yoga truly benefits all movement patterns. Click here to read Jackie’s full bio.
