Chakra meditation

There are 7 energy centers in your body:

It is said that these energy centers need to be in balance in order for our body to connect in unity. If any of the chakras are over or under stimulated, we could create stress in our minds that translates into our physical. Incorporating chakra meditation into a session helps to tune into those areas of strength or weakness and work towards finding peace and balance.

Sessions may include one or a combination of:

– Brief structural analysis (10min)

– Assessment

– Hot/cold stone therapy

– Aromatherapy – incorporating scented essential oils into the massage. Various scents trigger different areas of the brain to stimulate certain moods.

– Hot towels

– If applicable, first times kinesio taping is complimentary

Pranic Healing
What is Pranic Healing? The concept that your energetic body supercedes your physical body. Unhealthy, dirty, energy can manifest into ailments in the physical and by nourishing and keeping your energetic body healthy, your physical body follows. Pranic healing is a no touch modality to cleanse the aura and balance the chakras energy flow so that both mind and body stay healthy.
