She is focused on customizing a program to not only prevent pain and injury, but unite the mind and body into a state of well being. Programming includes: Posture and Movement Assessment, Integrative Bodywork including a variety of techniques, Pranic Healing energy work and meditation/breathework, as well Movement Therapy following the fundamentals of Functional Range Conditioning to reprogram movement patterns.
